FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
As the result of the downturn in the local enconomy of Silicon Valley and in part due to the troubles throughout the United States, Proactive IT Consulting Corporation has been forced to cease all business oppertions. It was with a sense of great loss that the executive team closed business operations in November 2008, and sent all employees to the unemployment lines just before the Christmas season. We wish the very best to our former employees, clients and business assoicates.

For all legal matters, a PO Box has been established for correpondence. This box is checked infequently by the former executive team. Please do not send registered, certified or other mail requiring signatures due to the infrequency of our ability to check the PO Box.
